11 year old girls Luau party

Perfect skirts. The elastic band waist made it easy to put on and it fit all 12 girls of different sizes!

too big for 7 and 8 year old girls

i bought these for a birthday party and the elastic drawstring waist was too big for all the 7/8 year old girls. they looked great but the girls were disappointed that they didn"t fit without us using close pins to tighten the waist.
