Claims and Returns:
Our products are returnable, but do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us by email (email@example.com) for authorization. We will need to provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.
Any authorized return for reasons other than product defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and a 15% restocking fee. No returns/exchanges can be made after 30 Days from the delivery date.
Any unauthorized returns that are received will be credited less transportation charges and a 50% restocking fee.
All claims of damage or item shortage or missing packages must be reported within 10 days of the stated delivery date of the shipment as denoted by the assigned carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc). Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials and damaged items as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent. Photos of the damaged items and/or shipping box may be required. Refunds for returns can take 5-10 business days to process.
Out of Stock Items:
Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available when the order is processed, we usually cancel that item and ask the customer to reorder.
Terms of Sale: All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.
Sales tax of 8.75% is charged only for orders shipping to California.
Payment Terms: In most cases, orders must be prepaid with cashier's check, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. We do accept payment by Company Purchase Order on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss this option and get approval before placing your order.
Our products become your property upon delivery to the transporting carrier.
Pricing Terms: The prices shown on this website supersede those published in any previous pricelist. We attempt to maintain published prices, however, due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice.
At Once Orders: Normally At Once orders are shipped within 1 business days. Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available, we usually cancel that item, ship the remaining items on the order and ask the customer to reorder. To get same day shipping, the order should be placed by 2:00 pm Eastern. If not, it may not ship until the next business day.
Standard Packs:Package/Item quantities are indicated for each product in our online catalog. Sorry, but we cannot ship orders for partial quantities.
EXPRESS SHIPPING NOTES:
We will do our best to ship express orders the same business day the order is placed, but the order may not ship until the next business day. Your order must be placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time to be eligible for same day shipping. If placed after that time, it will ship the next business day.

3 Day Express Saver- Arrives 3 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Thursday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Wednesday and so forth.
2nd Day Air- Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday and so forth.
Next Day Air - Arrives the next business day after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Monday and so forth. If you need delivery by 10:00 am, choose Next Day Air.
International Orders - If you need to place an international order, please call (951-461-8222) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss the matter.
Phone Orders/Hours of Operation: Our home office is open for business and new phone/fax orders Monday - Friday,8:00am to 4:00pm PST. If our office is closed, you can leave a recorded message for immediate handling on the next working day. Please leave your company name, your name, phone number and reason for call on all messages. Fax orders/inquiries can be sent to 951-445-4363 at any time.
